Many of the products we use are prepared in our kitchen with pure natural materials. We use exclusively (except fries we use high quality sunflower) extra virgin olive oil from Messinia, made without any preservatives and home made aromatic herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme, bay leaves, basil, mint, verbena, savoury).
Our meat is from local farms.
Home made bread, fresh pasta, sausages with natural pork intestine with exclusive recipe, real fried potatoes peeled in our kitchen and daily cooked pies.
Ms. Anna , dominate the list and invite for a journey of taste without any kind of artificial chemicals, preservatives or colouring.
Note that daily menu includes several special dishes in the pot or in the oven with fresh fish (directly from local fishermen), not to leave our regular customers disappointed.
